Information for MA Residents
In-Store Sales and Transfers of All Legal Long Guns
Federal law dictates that you can purchase all long guns (rifles, shotguns) legal to own in your state outside of your state of residence. You can therefore purchase and transfer rifles and shotguns in our shop without the need for a MA FFL.
Assault Style Firearm Compliance
We modify firearms to comply with the MA Assault Style Firearms regulations. These modifications include feature restricted, featureless, and fixed magazine firearm builds.
We work with several MA dealers to facilitate the transfer of compliant items.
Sarabeck (Cape Cod) and Anthony's Safety (Framingham) will transfer fixed magazine lower receivers.
Frame Transfers
The MA Firearms Roster no longer has an impact as to what handguns and revolvers you can own. We partner with several MA dealers to facilitate "frame transfers" of off-roster items. We act as the manufacturer, changing the legal category of the firearm into a frame and then distribute the frames to the MA dealers. You can find a list of MA dealers we work with at checkout as well as transfer and shipping fees. As of now, we have an open-send policy with:

We welcome you to purchase ammunition and accessories in our store.
MA OKAY Items
Our website has a MA OKAY section which includes all items that can be transferred directly in our store.
